Here a list of "social" media I participate with my official name.
It might be possible, that there are one or two other accounts1) - I try to mix official/work live and private live only selectively 
First things first: You hopefully already have a Fediverse account?
If not, go to jointhefediverse.net and find out what is possible (and which service you like to try first).
I've got a lot of German acquaintances, so most conversations there are in German. But If you prefer my version of English, I also discuss things in English.
